Setup DNS such as Cloudflare or Quad9 etc.
Do not use cloud-based devices.
Adjust privacy settings for unnecessary data collection.
I will try to avoid free VPN and go for a reputable, paid VPN service.
Turn on Guest mode only when you have guests in the house.
