I was looking for Smart TV at the store and decided to share some tips to consider before the purchase of it.
There are many brands like Samsung, LG, Sony and more. Price is usually one of the first thing to consider. The gold rule is to spend within your means. However, High price does not mean the best one. Some cheaper ones may not have the features and quality. It is important to set a budget and narrow down your choices. The size of the TV will usually depend on the layout of the room and the number of users. Do note that Hge TV may be be suitable for a small room as the viewing distance may cause discomfort. One of the examples is to have 1.5 to 2.5 meters apart from a 40-inch screen.
LED screen is cost effective and have good display quality. I know these are the older technology. OLED is crisp and vibrant with contrast-rich display quality. QLED technology are a step forward from LEDs. The layer of the screen is made up of quantum dots that lit up by LED backlight. OLED smart TVs tend to be more expensive.
Many smart TVs in-built speakers may not offer the best sound quality. Purchase of a soundbar can improve the clarity of the sound quality and some may also have a surround sound experience. In additional, smart TVs comes with HDR feature for better display quality, offering a better viewing experience. There are two HDR formats: HDR10 and Dolby Vision. Dolby Vision feature offers more detailed and vibrant display.
There are few factors to consider:
– What is your budget and needs.
– What is the size and layout of your room when comes to TV size.
– Understand the technologies for LED, OLED, and QLED.
– Consider to improve your audio experience with a soundbar.
– Look for HDR capabilities for better display. - AuthorPosts
